on in it... you might think 'nothing at all,' because you would
see me leaned back in my chair, staring at the ceiling, twirling
an unsharpened pencil on one hand... soft lighting and smooth
jazz for ambience. You probably wouldn't see the smoke coming
out of my ears or realize that I was trying to put eighteen e.mails
from different departments into perspective and 'paint a bigger
picture' strategy for how they all had to fit together."

Responsibilities:
Direct a full service internal creative advertising agency that
spans video, audio, print, new media channels and is focused on
meeting the diverse needs of company organizationally.
Implement and ensure corporate brand strategy is consistently
communicated through all forms of media within the organization.
Strategic Leadership: Provide innovative, visionary, and collaborative
leadership.
Participate in the development of a corporate marketing strategy
that is aligned with company's overall business objectives and
ensure the creative approach and outcome of each project aligns
with these objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership in establishing
corporate, division and department policies, standards and growth
initiatives.
Project
Management Oversight: Direct creative development from conceptual
stage to planning and executing solutions. Oversee management
of internal and external resources and ensure they perform within
allocated budget and deliver products within defined timeline.
Actively strive to improve project development process and design
methodology to reduce company's costs and ensure efficiency. Work
cross organizationally to develop advertising and promotional
programs.

concept to information design to visual execution.
